The key objective of the association is to provide a quality assurance scheme for PSV and freight vehicle operators wishing to purchase Driver CPC Periodic Training which started on 10th September 2008 for the PCV sector and on 10th September 2009 for HGV/LGV drivers.
"The main purpose of the Association is to gather together interested professional trainers seeking to provide quality driver CPC training through pooled resources with a view to setting, developing and improving standards for the delivery of this vital mandatory training"
We offer individual prospectus for delegates, all courses are all effective from the 1st November 2014.

We now have 36 half day modules to rent or purchase. These are now under one modular course registration 8433/612. Members should no longer use the previous modules under registered under CRS 6812/612”
There are also some separate courses, but do NOT form part of the modular course registration, principally because the trainer has to be specifically registered to deliver these additional courses. For more details

Julia Cowell, the administrator of the association, states “From the tentative days in May 2008, when the Association was formed, it has grown into a fully functioning and active organisation. The Association not only provides assistance and guidance to trainers involved in or considering the delivery of vocational Driver CPC and other types of training but also assists with Driver CPC training business development through the use of our unique and cost effective ‘Pay As You Go’ training courses and support services.”
Online Enquiry ServiceThe online driver enquiry service, developed by DSA, is the official way to allow lorry, bus and coach drivers to go online to check records of the Driver CPC periodic training they’ve done.
