Cookies

This site stores session cookies when you visit it. A session cookie exists only while a user visits the site, and is cleared when they are gone. It is simply a random string of characters to identify the visitor. There are no personally identifable details in the cookie. Note:

  • if the user is not logged in, the session doesn't hold a specific user ID
  • if the user chooses to login, the session is updated with their Joomla ID. As the user browses your site, extensions can check the session and see that the current view is logged in and show them content for logged in users (members).

If you wish to restrict or block the cookies which are set by our website, or indeed any other website, you can do this through your browser settings. The ‘Help’ function within your browser should tell you how. You can get advice on deleting and controlling cookies from AboutCookies.org
