Coincidence it may be, but it is interesting to note that, just as all the running in the trade press regarding the early delivery of drivercpc Periodic training has been made by The Association of Trainers and its members, so it is that the first UK driver success (as reported in Route One, 9 Oct.) has been achieved by an Association member.
"This is no surprise to me", says Brian Hirst, the Association's Administrator, "from our inception, the Association has been encouraging its members to take the lead in the delivery of this vital qualification and this result is distinct evidence that our efforts are already bearing fruit. Not only was the first 'Periodic' course run by one of our members (Novadata) but now another Member (Morris Travel) has achieved the first successful outcome of the full 35 hours of Periodic Training!
Clearly, this indicates that our members mean business and this can only reflect positively upon The Association and our efforts to gather together the right people to make this driver cpc training work to everyone's advantage", says Brian.
